Jake’s House Multisport Workshops

Program description

Legends Mentoring Program with Ausome LIVE Online sessions is an opportunity for our community to come together virtually and stay active together. Ausome coaches will run through a variety of multisport and fitness training activities using equipment you can find at home. Each activity in the program can be easily modified to match the skill set of each participant.

In this 10 week program participants will receive a Lesson Plan each week outlining the activities, equipment needed and coaching tips on how to make the activities easier or more challenging. Ausome athletes can move through the activity at their own pace and follow along with Ausome coaches, athletes and parents.

We may all be at home but we can all be active together! The Jake’s House Legends Mentoring Program is funded by the Province of Ontario.

On December 10th, the Jake's House family gathered at the Infinity Convention Centre to celebrate a day full of holiday warmth! It was a day we forged connections with new families and individuals, as well as reunite with those already part of our diverse community, including members from our programs such as Legends Mentoring, Employment Training, and Inclusive Housing.
