Katherine King
Katherine is currently acting Stakeholder Engagement and Program Manager at Jake’s House. A proud graduate of York University’s Communications Studies Program, she was inspired to pursue a career in community programming and engagement within the autism community when she first volunteered at the Jake’s House Holiday Party in 2022. Armed with a robust background in media relations and communications coordination spanning both the public and private sectors, Katherine’s expertise seamlessly converges with her heartfelt commitment to the Jake’s House mission, fueling her passion and dedication to contribute to the organization’s growth.
Beyond her role at Jake’s House, she enjoys travelling and connecting with her creative side, spending her free time crocheting, baking, playing the piano, or immersing herself in a good book.
