As a Partner at Miller Thomson LLP, Myron Mallia-Dare contributes both extensive expertise and genuine goodwill to our organization. In his role at Miller Thomson, Myron co-leads the firm’s Private Equity and Venture Capital groups, bringing valuable insights into strategic growth and partnership building.
His support has been instrumental in guiding Jake’s House through complex legal landscapes; notably, Myron connected us with a specialized nonprofit lawyer at Miller Thomson, who played a key role in ensuring clarity and compliance in our contractual obligations with the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services (MCCSS).
